We didn’t get where we are without making mistakes. What you will experience at Envive is the product of the lessons we learned from mistakes and successes. During the Pit Stop, you will observe the clinic during patient time. You will walk through all the procedures and be guided in real-time by an Envive doctor.

After the observation phase of your Pit Stop, you will embark on a business strategy session with SIDECAR leadership where we will examine what's going well in your business and where the opportunities for growth are. We will help you define your culture, design the patient experience and provide resources for developing your team to deliver results. We’ll dig into financial statements, the patient financial experience, and key reporting necessary to grow your business.

Something magical always happens when we break bread. So, we’ll have dinner and reflect on the day. A nice dinner with good people isn’t the goal, however. You will leave with clarity on your pain points, the structure to solve them and the strategy to succeed. Your investment for your Pit Stop experience is $5,000. If you are currently a SIDECAR member your fee is waived.
